Warranty

Upholstery and slipcover warranties vary by fabric grade as follows:

Camira Era/Blazer: 10 years
PPM and PPM-S fabrics: 5 years
PPM-FR fabric: 3 years
Leatherette fabric: 1 year
All other fabric materials: 1 year

These warranties apply solely to the upholstery and slipcovers, excluding the product framework. The framework and structures are warranted against factory defects for one (1) year.

We recommend keeping the original packaging. If a return is necessary and the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged. See More Here.

Returns & Refunds

Returns: No-remorse returns (changed mind) are accepted if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, like-new, and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (tracked + insured required). A 40% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued as store credit (valid 12 months) after inspection.

Damage/Defect: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos to returns@yourbarstools.ca.

Who (Really) Pays for Free Return Shipping?

To be clear, "free" return shipping is not actually free! It just appears that way but the shipping company still charges a fee to the business, and the product price is raised to compensate. That means free return shipping may not be so free after all, as you’re actually paying the shipping cost in the product price. And you may be thinking the retailers are doing you the favour. Quite a clever trick, really.

What Do We Do Instead of Free Returns?

We work harder to make sure you never need one.

A curated collection. We only list pieces we would put in our own homes and restaurants.
Details in plain language. Every product page explains the dimensions, materials and seat heights in words you can use, not copied manufacturer jargon.
See it before you buy. With our See It In Your Space service, send us a photo of your room and the product you are considering, and we will send back a realistic preview within 24 business hours, so you can check fit, scale and colour before you order. Your first preview is free.
Real people, real answers. Ask us anything before you order, and book a free consultation with our interior designer when you need one.
Delivered with care. Shipping to your door is free on orders over $550, and when a piece needs extra protection we ship it on a wooden pallet, whatever the extra cost.

The result: fewer than 1% of our orders lead to a return request, year after year. The best return is the one you never need to make.

Why Do We Do This?

To deliver the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. After all, isn't this the essence of online shopping?

Product Details

The Pera Wire is a counter and bar stool with a cream PPM seat and a chrome steel wire sled base. The counter version has a 24 in seat for 35 to 37 in kitchen counters; the bar version has a 29 in seat for 41 to 43 in bars.

Stool specifications

Seat height: 24 in for the counter model and 29 in for the bar model.
Overall size: 16 in wide by 20.5 in deep by 32 in overall for the counter model, and 36.5 in overall for the bar model.
Seat material: Cream PPM upholstery that resists tearing and breathes during changing weather.
Back material: High backrest constructed from matching cream PPM vinyl.
Base finish: Solid chrome steel wire finished for daily wear.
Footrest: Front-mounted curved bar sits below the seat angle for secure foot placement.
Care instructions: Dust occasionally with a clean white cloth, use soapy water for stains, rinse with clear water, and dry completely.

Comfort and construction

Each seat mounts to a steel frame equipped with S-shaped springs and injected polyurethane foam. This internal structure delivers steady support and retains its shape under regular use. The cream PPM surface wipes clean in seconds while remaining tear-resistant and breathable year-round. You also receive a lightweight frame that easily stacks during busy hosting periods.

Counter or bar height?

Measure from your floor to the countertop underside before choosing a model. Maintain 10 to 12 in of clearance between the seat edge and the counter lip for comfortable legroom. Consult our bar stool height guide to verify exact spacing for your island layout.

Styling the cream Pera Wire stool

The neutral cream shade pairs cleanly with white cabinets and quartz tops without competing with darker accents. Bright reflections from the chrome wire base complement black hardware and stainless steel appliances across any kitchen style.
