How many stools fit on my kitchen island?
It depends on island length and stool width. For comfortable seating, plan spacing so people can sit without bumping elbows and so walkways remain clear. If you share your island length, we can recommend a practical number of stools and suitable styles.
Do you offer design or styling help?

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

Will I receive order confirmation and tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a dispatch email with tracking once your order ships. If you don’t see the email within 24 hours, check spam/junk and then contact us.
What if I won’t be home for delivery?
If your courier allows delivery instructions, you may request a safe drop location or delivery preference. For higher-value items, the courier may require a signature. If you need help coordinating delivery, contact us after ordering and we’ll advise options based on your shipment.

What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind return requests if initiated within 48 hours of delivery (subject to condition requirements and inspection). If you believe an item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can act quickly and meet courier claim timelines.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Colour, Materials & Natural Variation
Why can colour look slightly different than photos?
We aim for accurate photography, but colour can vary due to lighting, camera settings, and your screen calibration. Materials like wood can also vary naturally in tone and grain. If you want help choosing finishes that match your space, contact us before ordering.
Are wood grain and natural marks considered defects?
No. Wood grain, knots, and natural tone variation are normal characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
