Returns & Refunds

We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes there are reasons why orders need to be returned so here's what you need to know.

Returns & Refunds:

If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must let us know within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [returns@YourBarStools.ca].

In order for us to accept your return, the item must be: 

  • Packed (or repackaged) securely in its original packaging
  • Free of any and all damages
  • Unassembled (and was never assembled)
  • Never used or modified

You may remove the contents of the item out of the packaging as long as they are not assembled and are placed back into the original packaging for return.

Once we have reviewed and approved your request, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipping, the return shipping charges and 40% restocking fee. Once the items are received back in the warehouse and finalized for inspection, you will be able to exchange or return for store credit only. Your return must be received back at our warehouse in Mississauga, ON within 21 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the entire return process of issuing a return label, return transit and inspection typically takes 3-4 weeks.

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective.

When you send the item back we recommend insuring your return shipment and using a traceable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

The following items may not be returned:

  1. Items marked as final sale or "non-returnable" on the product page or during the checkout process;
  2. Gift cards

Refunds will only be issued in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace.

Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
