Trade Programme
Trade & Contract Programme
Preferred pricing, priority stock, and a single point of contact for your project.
We supply seating and tables to restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and offices across Canada. If you are fitting out a venue, furnishing multiple locations, or specifying furniture for a client, our trade programme gives you project pricing and direct support from someone who knows your order.
What trade partners receive
Preferred project-based pricing. Trade pricing starts at 10% on your first project and increases with volume. Pricing is set per project based on quantity and product, so you get a real number rather than a generic discount code.
Volume discounts based on order size. Orders of 12 or more units qualify for deeper project pricing. Larger recurring projects are priced individually.
Priority inventory allocation for confirmed projects. Once a project is confirmed, we hold your stock. For time-sensitive openings this matters more than a few points of discount — you are not competing with retail orders for the last 14 chairs.
Dedicated quoting and a named contact. One person handles your projects. No ticket queue, no repeating the specification.
Who qualifies for trade pricing
Trade accounts are open to:
-
Restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs
-
Hotels and hospitality groups
-
Interior designers and architects
-
Commercial fit-out and construction contractors
-
Offices, co-working spaces and institutions
-
Furniture procurement specialists
There is no membership fee and no minimum annual spend. Most accounts begin with a single project.
How trade pricing works
Trade pricing is project-based rather than a fixed sitewide discount, because our margins differ by product. A one-size discount would either underprice some items or overprice others.

Freight is quoted separately rather than built into the discount, so you can see exactly what the furniture costs and what delivery costs.
Payment terms: prepayment for initial projects. Net 15 or Net 30 terms can be arranged once a payment history is established.
Some ranges carry tighter margins and are discounted at 7–10%. Your quote will always state the exact price per item.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for trade pricing?
There is no hard minimum. Project pricing generally begins at 6 units, with deeper discounts from 12 units upward.
How much discount do trade customers get?
Trade pricing starts at 10% for a first project, moves to 12–15% for volume orders of roughly 12–24 units, and can reach 18–20% for large prepaid or recurring projects. The exact figure depends on the product's margin and the order size.
Do you offer payment terms?
Prepayment applies to initial projects. Net 15 or Net 30 can be arranged after a reliable payment history.
How quickly can you deliver a commercial order?
In-stock items ship within our standard lead times. For confirmed projects we allocate stock on confirmation so it is reserved for you. Timelines are confirmed in writing on every quote.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax and surrounding regions. Freight is quoted per project by destination. Shop Furniture by City Across Canada.
Is your furniture commercial grade?
Our commercial ranges are specified for contract use. Specifications for any item are available on request before you order.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Designers and architects specifying on behalf of clients qualify for trade pricing, and we can quote directly to either the designer or the client's procurement contact.
Can you see the furniture in our space before ordering?
Yes — our See It In Your Space service produces a visual rendering of any product in your own room from a photo. It is free and particularly useful for confirming scale and finish across a full venue.
