Warranty

Upholstery and slipcover warranties vary by fabric grade as follows:

Camira Era/Blazer: 10 years
PPM and PPM-S fabrics: 5 years
PPM-FR fabric: 3 years
Leatherette fabric: 1 year
All other fabric materials: 1 year

These warranties apply solely to the upholstery and slipcovers, excluding the product framework. The framework and structures are warranted against factory defects for one (1) year.

We recommend keeping the original packaging. If a return is necessary and the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged. See More Here.

Returns & Refunds

Returns: No-remorse returns (changed mind) are accepted if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, like-new, and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (tracked + insured required). A 40% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued as store credit (valid 12 months) after inspection.

Damage/Defect: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos to returns@yourbarstools.ca.

Who (Really) Pays for Free Return Shipping?

To be clear, "free" return shipping is not actually free! It just appears that way but the shipping company still charges a fee to the business, and the product price is raised to compensate. That means free return shipping may not be so free after all, as you’re actually paying the shipping cost in the product price. And you may be thinking the retailers are doing you the favour. Quite a clever trick, really.

What Do We Do Instead of Free Returns?

We work harder to make sure you never need one.

A curated collection. We only list pieces we would put in our own homes and restaurants.
Details in plain language. Every product page explains the dimensions, materials and seat heights in words you can use, not copied manufacturer jargon.
See it before you buy. With our See It In Your Space service, send us a photo of your room and the product you are considering, and we will send back a realistic preview within 24 business hours, so you can check fit, scale and colour before you order. Your first preview is free.
Real people, real answers. Ask us anything before you order, and book a free consultation with our interior designer when you need one.
Delivered with care. Shipping to your door is free on orders over $550, and when a piece needs extra protection we ship it on a wooden pallet, whatever the extra cost.

The result: fewer than 1% of our orders lead to a return request, year after year. The best return is the one you never need to make.

Why Do We Do This?

To deliver the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. After all, isn't this the essence of online shopping?

Product Details

The Pera HB is a counter stool with a green leather seat and a natural wood finish base. The counter version has a 24 in seat for 35 to 37 in kitchen counters; the bar version has a 29 in seat for 41 to 43 in bars.

Stool specifications

Seat height: Counter models sit at 24 in while bar models sit at 29 in.
Overall size: Both measure 16 in wide by 20.5 in deep, with overall heights of 32 in or 36.5 in.
Seat material: The cushions use green PPM leather that resists scuffs.
Back style: A low wooden handle back frames the sides for easy lifting.
Base finish: Four wood legs offer stability in a natural tone.
Footrest: An internal brace connects the front and back legs.
Care: Wipe upholstery with a dry cloth or rinsed soapy water.

Comfort and construction

The padded seat mounts on a steel frame equipped with S shape springs and injected polyurethane foam. You get even weight distribution across your thighs and lower back during dinner. The low curved backrest leaves room for movement while stopping slouching. Spills bead up on the surface and wipe away instantly when you clean them.

Counter or bar height?

Measure from the floor to the underside of your worktop before you order. You should leave exactly 10 to 12 in between the seat top and the counter edge to maintain good posture. Browse our bar stool height guide to verify the correct clearance for your setup.

Styling the Green Pera stool

The cool green upholstery grounds bright kitchens paired with white quartz tops and pale maple cabinetry. The natural wood legs pair well with matte black hardware and brushed brass fixtures without competing for attention.

Stool FAQs

What counter height does the Pera HB fit? It matches counters standing 35 to 37 in tall. Keep 10 to 12 in of vertical clearance above the 24 in seat.

How many Pera HB stools fit at my island? Reserve 26 to 30 in of width per stool from your island edge. A 6 ft island comfortably holds 2 to 3 units, and an 8 ft island fits 3 to 4. Review our bar and counter stool buying guide for precise spacing charts, or check the leather bar stool guide for maintenance notes.

How do I clean the leather seat? Wipe stained areas with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry the surface. Dust the wood base with a soft rag and avoid saturating the timber.
