Warranty

Upholstery and slipcover warranties vary by fabric grade as follows:

Camira Era/Blazer: 10 years
PPM and PPM-S fabrics: 5 years

These warranties apply solely to the upholstery and slipcovers, excluding the product framework. The framework and structures are warranted against factory defects for one (1) year.

We recommend keeping the original packaging. If a return is necessary and the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged. See More Here.

Returns & Refunds

Returns: No-remorse returns (changed mind) are accepted if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, like-new, and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer (tracked + insured required). A 40% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued as store credit (valid 12 months) after inspection.

Damage/Defect: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos to returns@yourbarstools.ca.

Who (Really) Pays for Free Return Shipping?

To be clear, "free" return shipping is not actually free! It just appears that way but the shipping company still charges a fee to the business, and the product price is raised to compensate. That means free return shipping may not be so free after all, as you’re actually paying the shipping cost in the product price. And you may be thinking the retailers are doing you the favour. Quite a clever trick, really.

What Do We Do Instead of Free Returns?

We work harder to make sure you never need one.

A curated collection. We only list pieces we would put in our own homes and restaurants.
Details in plain language. Every product page explains the dimensions, materials and seat heights in words you can use, not copied manufacturer jargon.
See it before you buy. With our See It In Your Space service, send us a photo of your room and the product you are considering, and we will send back a realistic preview within 24 business hours, so you can check fit, scale and colour before you order. Your first preview is free.
Real people, real answers. Ask us anything before you order, and book a free consultation with our interior designer when you need one.
Delivered with care. Shipping to your door is free on orders over $550, and when a piece needs extra protection we ship it on a wooden pallet, whatever the extra cost.

The result: fewer than 1% of our orders lead to a return request, year after year. The best return is the one you never need to make.

Why Do We Do This?

To deliver the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. After all, isn't this the essence of online shopping?

Product Details

The Pera is a height adjustable stool with a green PPM seat and a round brushed stainless steel base.

The seat adjusts from 24 in for kitchen counters to 29 in for bars, allowing you to serve breakfast or cocktails from the same chair.

Stool specifications

Seat height: Adjustable via a lever mechanism to accommodate different countertop levels.
Overall size: 16.5 in wide × 16.5 in deep × 31.0 in to 39.0 in tall.
Seat material: Green PPM upholstery covering a steel frame with S-shaped springs and injected polyurethane foam.
Backrest: High leaning back upholstered in matching green PPM.
Base: Round stainless steel base finished in brushed metal.
Care: Wipe the seat with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry.

Comfort and construction

The curved green PPM cushion wraps around dense polyurethane foam for reliable lounging support. S-shaped springs hidden beneath the frame keep the seat shape consistent after months of use. Brushed stainless steel sheds fingerprints and survives splashes on islands that see heavy activity. Your cleanup routine stays quick because the smooth fabric releases food stains with a single wipe.

Counter or bar height?

You save space by choosing one stool that serves both meal prep and evening drinks. Always measure from your floor to the underside of your countertop to calculate the correct gap. Maintain 10 to 12 in of clearance between the raised seat and your counter edge for comfortable leg room. Read our bar stool height guide to review standard pairings.

Styling the green Pera stool

The saturated green upholstery creates a sharp contrast against white painted cabinets or natural wood grain cabinetry. This metal finish harmonizes with matte black hardware and cool quartz surfaces for a balanced modern look.

See it at your island first

Stool FAQs

What counter height does the Pera fit?
The adjustable mechanism lets you raise the seat from 24 in for 35 to 37 in counters up to 29 in for 41 to 43 in bars. In-stock units ship within 5 business days for fast delivery.

How many Pera stools fit at my island?
Allow 26 to 30 in of width per stool between centered points to ensure armroom. A 6 ft island accommodates 2 to 3 stools, while an 8 ft island fits 3 to 4 comfortably.

How do I clean the PPM seat?
Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry your surface immediately. Refer to our bar and counter stool buying guide for maintenance advice on durable faux leather options.
